Section 12
Eligibility of candidates
A person must fulfill the following qualifications to be a candidate in an election:-
(a) Citizens of Nepal,
(b) having completed the age of twenty-one years,
(c) By including the name in the voter list of the respective ward of rural municipality or municipality (d) Not disqualified by any law.
